Our first ever dog sledding experience on dry land in Icelandic summer and it absolutely did not disappoint 🐾 If you’re a dog lover, this is pure happiness on wheels. The huskies were unbelievably fluffy, sweet, and clearly thrilled to be running. The guides were warm, fun, and generous with stories about the dogs, the landscape, and life in Iceland. The ride itself felt like a little adventure through endless purple lupine fields, alongside a glistening river, with views of Eyjafjallajökull and Katla the distance. Pro tip: bring sunglasses or ski goggles to protect your eyes—dust, sand, and gravel kick up as the dogs sprint ahead! Best of all, we got plenty of time to cuddle, pet, and play with the dogs before and after the ride. An unforgettable, wag-filled Icelandic memory❤️.

A fantastic trip very highly recommended, the dogs are so friendly, we visited during summer so on a wheeled sled. So fast, unbelievable to see them drink as they raced through puddles. You can see that Klara loves all her dogs. You also get to see some brilliant countryside. And yes, you really cannot resist giving all the dogs a cuddle and you get loads of time for photos. If in Iceland I would add it to the “must see” list

This was a great experience! They suit you up so you are not cold and let you spend time with the dogs before and after the ride. The guide was great but they do make you drive which was interesting. Would recommend!

Fantastic experience not to be missed! We had a wonderful few hours getting to know the dogs and experience an exhilarating dog-sled ride! We took a ride on dry land which was loads of fun. The dogs were adorable and very eager to run! Even though I'm not a huge dog person I had an unforgettable time and it was one of my favourite experiences in Iceland!
