All of the above is computed from Volcano Express Iceland's own 1 product records, not from a questionnaire. Fleet size and typical group sizes are the figures a comparison table usually shows; Bókun does not carry them, so we would be guessing, and we would rather leave a gap than fill it in.

I actually did this on my last day in Iceland. I had just enough time to see the beautiful Harpa concert hall building on a short walk in a new neighborhood. The show was excellent! Beautiful photography and even a bit of a thrill. Great activity at a great value.

"Mixed feelings" is a good and honest expression to describe the experience. It feels new and interesting only for those who haven't experienced the more modern so-called 5D experiences. A little too much shaking and rattling, and a bit overpriced. The free display in the hall is somehow more exciting than the warm steamy cinema experience.

We intended to visit Harpa for the architecture and were delighted that the Volcano Express and experience was also there - we didn’t know it was! Thoroughly enjoyed the ride and the atmosphere created in the space. Buckle up as it gets bumpy in places, I reached out to my husband it took me by surprise that much! The motion and hot air blown into your face truly added a whole other level. The actual experience wasn’t that long - about 10-15 minutes. there is also an educational space outside where you can watch short films in your chosen language which we enjoyed too. At 2990 ISK (£18) per adult we thought it was borderline ok. But everything in this city is very expensive. They do need to be aware and not put people off from going! We were lucky, we visited and there were no crowds (12.30pm), as a couple there were only another 4 people there! But tbh there’s plenty of room on your seat it shouldn’t feel crowded. Best for - everyone! Loved this little surprise under Harpa 🌋 highly encourage you to go it was brilliant!!

Super fun ride but a bit short. Bumpy on earthquakes, swooshing to destinations and hot air flowing at yor face when near lava. Also very interesting information videos ouside. Went in for rain cover and came out with a memory to remember.
