About this experience
Spend 12 hours fishing with a local guide in North Iceland. Choose a full-day programme starting at 07:00, or split your fishing between an evening and the following morning with the 16:00 option.
07:00 — Full-day fishing: your guide collects you at 07:00 and takes you to the river. Some rivers require a midday break, usually from 13:00 until 15:00 or 16:00. Where this applies, the programme can take up to 15 hours in total.
16:00 — Evening and following morning: this option takes place across two calendar dates. Fish a six-hour evening session on the date you book, followed by a six-hour morning session the next day. Accommodation is not included. Guests book their own overnight stay; we can recommend places to stay near the fishing venue so you can make the most of both sessions.
Price: select your date and group size in the booking calendar for the exact price and availability. The Standard rate requires at least two participants. A separate Single angler rate is available for one participant. Optional extras are shown separately.
Included: pickup and drop-off, use of equipment, fishing permits and guiding.
Excluded: lunch and accommodation.
All fishing equipment brought to Iceland must be disinfected upon arrival at the airport.
