What you do not get is the day back. If this is the only free day in your plan, put a spare day next to it — the planner leaves days free with the rest-day option.     We had a wonderful bike tour with our guide, Adam! The bicycles were in excellent condition, and we enjoyed exploring Reykjavik and the beautiful coastline. Adam customized the tour to fit our interests, and his knowledge of Iceland and its culture was incredible - he answered all of our (many!) questions with enthusiasm.
