About this experience

The GeoSea sea baths enable you to enjoy nature in a unique manner. Thanks to the underground heat, the seawater in the baths is warm and comfortable and the mineral-rich water will caress your skin. While the warm sea works its miracles, you can enjoy the view of the mountain range to the west, Skjálfandi Bay beneath the cliffs and the Arctic Circle itself on the horizon.

On everything we can measure, the Sóti Summits tour is the better buy. The €19 is not buying anything we can point to, so unless you want this operator in particular, take the cheaper one.

One of the best parts of our trip and by far our favorite lagoon. The full experience is luxurious: staff are kind and welcoming, tickets are reasonably priced, and the locker rooms are clean with good quality shampoo and soap. The baths themselves are gorgeous, overlooking the coast and lighthouse out to the edge. I went between the two different temperature pools, and the drink options are good and easy to charge to your wristband. We stayed here for 4+ hours for a beautiful sunset. This is a great time if you also want to see the lighthouse turn on

Beautiful place, the views like most of Iceland are amazing. I was under the impression that was a bit quieter and more adults. Know that lots of kids. Sick ones that can't stop coughing included If you are looking for family oriented this is the place for you.

It is not cheap but still much better than some fancy Lagoons near Reykjavik. We had lucky and we were only 10-15 persons in whole area for first two hours. If you find yourself whitin some bus tours than just wait or come back later. You can easily check how occupied are baths from outside. Just walk to the lighthouse. I imagine that it can be super busy. Lockers and changing rooms have limited space and are not mentioned for big groups.

A geothermal seawater lagoon well worth visiting. We were there around 3 hours, and it didn't get too busy at any point. There is a steam room, cold plunge pool and a number of warm pools to choose from. You do enter the pools from outside the changing rooms, unlike some of the other lagoons, but it's only a very short distance to the nearest pool. Drinks are available from the bar while you are outside, including free water which we both enjoyed and appreciated. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are provided to use in the showers, and I found these products to be of a very high quality.
