About Freya Farm

Freya Farm is a family run country hotel in the calm countryside of South Iceland, close to the edge of the highlands. Here you can wake up to birdsong, breathe fresh mountain air, and end the day under a clear night sky. With open farmland, animals nearby, and easy access to Iceland’s well known natural sites, it’s an ideal place to rest, explore, and enjoy nature at your own pace.

All guests are also offered a guided visit to a striking canyon located just behind the hotel, a unique experience available only to our guests.
