Experience the Magic of Akureyri with Fox Adventure. Our journey takes us along Eyjafjörður, one of Iceland’s longest fjords, to our first destination, the Goðafoss Waterfall. Known as the "Waterfall of the Gods," Goðafoss holds a pivotal place in Iceland's cultural heritage. Hear the legendary tale of its name as you marvel at the cascading waters and take in the breathtaking beauty of the surrounding landscape.
Next, immerse yourself in the Spirit of Christmas. We will visit the whimsical Christmas House, where the holiday season is alive all year round. Step into the magic of Christmas as you explore this charming destination, surrounded by snow-dusted scenery and the warmth of holiday cheer. Rekindle your inner child and bask in the joy of Iceland’s festive spirit.
Finally we will meet the Woman of Magic. The final part of our journey takes us to meet Sigga Ketilsdóttir, a remarkable woman connected to the mystical world of Iceland's hidden people. - 2We contact you by email, and by phone if your tour is the same or next day. You choose: another date if there is one you can make, or a full refund. There is no fee and nothing to argue.
- 3The refund goes back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, usually visible within a few working days. If this tour was one of several in your booking, the others are untouched.
What you do not get is the day back. If this is the only free day in your plan, put a spare day next to it — the planner leaves days free with the rest-day option. And if you want out because the forecast looks bad, that is your own cancellation: free until 1 day before departure, the operator's policy after that.

We had an amazing experience with Fox Adventure Experience Iceland! Everything from start to finish was well organized, and the tour exceeded our expectations. Our driver and guide, Baldur, was fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable, shared interesting facts and stories about the areas we visited, and happily answered everyone’s questions throughout the day. He was friendly, accommodating, and made sure everyone had a great experience. The minibus was spotless, comfortable, and made for a much more enjoyable and personal tour experience. It was easy to relax and take in Iceland’s incredible scenery. I highly recommend Fox Adventure Experience Iceland, especially if you have Baldur as your guide. Amazing experience and excursion. Our guide was very nice, he is the owner of the company. Everything is well organized, before the excursion it was easy to contact and discuss all the details that interested us. There was enough time to enjoy without rush. Unforgettable Winter Tour – Professional, Kind, and Fun We spent a winter day in March exploring North Iceland with Baldur, and it honestly felt like traveling with a friend. His knowledge, kindness, and passion for Iceland made every moment special. He shared fascinating stories, provided thoughtful touches like crampons for icy paths, waited patiently while we enjoyed the Mývatn Nature Baths, and even made small detours when something caught our interest. Winter was a magical time to visit — we stood on frozen lakes, had Goðafoss almost to ourselves, explored the “Game of Thrones” cave, and admired breathtaking scenery at every turn. My favorite moment was standing on a hill overlooking the Akureyri fjord. I could have stayed there forever, and Baldur encouraged us to take all the time we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide or a more memorable day. Highly recommended!

- Akureyri Airport transfer: bus, shuttle or privateAkureyri Airport is a few minutes from town. A seat on the flight bus costs about €11 to €18; a private car is from €240 and only makes sense for a group.
