Viking Women runs multi-day packages, hiking & trekking, glacier hiking and more in Reykjavík, Highlands, South Coast, starting from Þórsmörk, Bakkagerði, Reykjavík. We book them directly, so what you see here is their own availability and their own cancellation policy — at the same price you'd pay them.
“An exclusive women's travel group based In Iceland operated by local women.”
Where they run
Reykjavík · Highlands · South Coast · East Iceland
All of the above is computed from Viking Women's own 12 product records, not from a questionnaire. Fleet size and typical group sizes are the figures a comparison table usually shows; Bókun does not carry them, so we would be guessing, and we would rather leave a gap than fill it in.

I don’t think I have the words to recommend Viking Women Tours with the justice they deserve. Friends and I went for the Eclipse Tour Aug 9-14. Sigrun was our guide for all but 1 day. Hilarious and Witty. Lazer focused and Kind. Knowledgeable and Intriguing. It felt like walking with a legend you’ve not heard of yet but just know the story will be an epic once it’s written. We all adored her. Then we had Saga for our last day. She climbed onto a bus of 16 women who had gotten to know each other very well and would laugh, sing and be silly. She rolled with it like she had been a fly on the wall all week. She gave us an extraordinary last hike, last dinner, last day together. If you are remotely thinking about booking a trip with them, solo or with friends, DO IT!!! Seriously do it, you’ll have a trip that is spectacularly magical

This was an awesome adventure! Iceland is too beautiful to describe! Our guide Sigrun was wonderful, very knowledgeable on Iceland history and told all about Icelandic culture, including the Hidden peoples. She was knowledgeable on the Iceland terrain and definitely knew her way around to show us beautiful sites. I am 73 and completed all the hikes which are optional if you feel you can’t complete. The hotels we stayed in were very accommodating also. Food great too! I definitely would go again. Very positive experience!

I have been on a healing journey and saw the ad for Viking Women Tours in Iceland. I strongly believe stepping out of your comfort zone is how you grow, so I reserved my place without knowing anyone else and I went for it! I was NOT disappointed!
Sigrún was not only an amazing and knowledgeable guide, but her own story was something that left me amazed! The women I met and the strength and beauty I saw in each one is exactly what I needed! I came home feeling happy, refreshed, renewed! My only disappointment was that it wasn't long enough ❤️

This 6 day hike was exceptional, from the pre departure support from Viking Women's owner Saga; our guide Kat was awesome, great energy, attention to detail and fun! The trail itself is awesome, magnificent views, fun bunk houses, well supported with transfer of our food and bags etc; all made for a truly great Icelandic experience!
Loved it!!
No. We sell Viking Women's tours at the price they set, through their own booking system, so the seat costs the same here as on their site. What you get here in addition is one checkout for every tour in your trip, whoever runs it, and one place to turn if plans change.

Not sure which of these fits your dates? The planner checks real departures and builds the day around them.
