Good to know

  • Comfortable walking shoes – The tour involves walking through the factory floor.
  • Camera or smartphone – You’re welcome to take photos (just not of our staff :-)
  • Questions & curiosity – Our guides love to share the story of Icelandic wool
  • Walking/standing time: approximately 45 minutes
  • The tour lasts approximately 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on the number of questions you have.
  • The factory is in operation an can be a loud environment – Respect the workers and the facility. 
  • Children should be at all time under supervision of an adult.
  • No pictures of employees allowed
  • We reserve the right to cancel the tour without refund in case of dangerous or disrespectful behavior

No refund once booked. If the operator cancels for weather or safety, you get a full refund or a new date.
